- Once logged into Activate ABM™, go to User Menu under your account on the top right hand side of the page and click Integrations
- Click the plus icon Connect on the Salesforce tile
- Choose which Salesforce.com environment you want to integrate withconnect to
- You will be directed to authenticate your SFDC instance with Madison Logic. You will need to enter your SFDC username and password, and grant permission for Madison Logic to leverage your SFDC data. You must have admin rights in Salesforce in order to integrate it with Activate ABM™with the ML Platform.
Manage Integration
- Once you have successfully logged in, you will be brought to the Manage Integration Page for Salesforce. Click Sales Insights Setup in the left hand menu.
Once your Salesforce.com is authenticated, click Setup Measurement
Manage Integration
- Choose the SFDC environment you want to integrate Sales Insight with and
- Enter the Salesforce Organization ID of that instance. Click the SFDC instance you've selected & click Save. (More information on finding your Salesforce Organization ID can be found here)
- The private Madison Logic Salesforce package URL and authorization code can be found once you save the integration setting. Makes sure to copy the Authentication code and hold onto in for a future step.
Package Installation in Salesforce
- Log into Salesforce in a new window. Click the link to install the package. Enter the password provided by Madison Logic and then select the group of users or user profiles that the package will be installed for and click the Install button.
- Authorize Activate ABM™ platform the ML Platform to communicate with Salesforce to grant access to Madison Logic
