This process takes just a few minutes and will require your Salesforce credentials for authentication- see the link above for full integration details.
Once integrated, reach out to your ML Implementation Manager to finish the setup on your account so you can view the new ROI based metrics. you’ll need to navigate to “Setup Measurement” and under the Journey Acceleration Measurement you’ll find the sync toggle used to turn on the data stream from Salesforce to the MLP platform.
Note:
It will take up to a week for the first data sync, at which point data will be synced every morning at 9am (EST).
Journey Acceleration must be added at both the account and user level.
Once synced it will appear as a tab next to “Programs” here:
