In our Salesforce we move accounts from one stage to another and back - how does that translate to the number of days in stage that JA reports on?
JA counts the total number of days an account has been in a stage. For example, an opp stays stage 1 for 5 days, stage 2 for 4 days, and back to stage 1 for 4 days. JA will report that the opp has been in stage 1 for 9 days. Also, the number of days in funnel will be 14 days for this opp.
I have a new campaign and JA Measurement isn’t showing any data. When will the data appear?
For new campaigns, JA Measurement will not show CRM data for the first 30 days.
