Note: This page helps customers understand how to use HTTP forms in HubSpot

Requirements: 

• HubSpot Admin login credentials
• Lead Focus login credentials
• HubSpot Post URL (https://forms.hubspot.com/uploads/form/v2/:portal_id/:form_guid)

1. To find your Portal ID, click your account name in the top right corner. Your Portal ID will appear in the menu under your account name.

2. To find a Form GUID for an existing form, navigate to Marketing > Lead Capture > Forms
3. Click the name of the form
4. In the upper right hand side of the page, click Share.
5. In the dialog box, look for the formID attribute value in the embed code, which is the form GUID. The form GUID also appears in the page URL when you're in the form editor.

6. Together, the Portal ID and GUID create the post URL Madison Logic needs to send leads to HubSpot

7. Navigate to Lead Focus
8. Select the HTTP Option and enter in the POST URL we just generated
