Click the plus icon on the Salesforce tile
You will be directed to authenticate your Salesforce.com with Madison Logic. You will need to enter your Salesforce.com username and password, and grant permission for Madison Logic to leverage your Salesforce.com data. You must have admin rights in Salesforce tin order to integrate it with Activate ABM™.
Manage Integration
Once you have successfully logged in, you will be brought to the Manage Integration Page for Salesforce. Click "Sales Insights Setup" in the left hand menu.

Click the toggle to ON where it says "Integrate Sales Insights in Salesforce"
The private Madison Logic Salesforce package URL and your authorization code can be found one your toggle ON "Integration Sales Insights in Salesforce" in Activate ABM™. Please be sure to pass both the package url and authorization code to your Salesforce Admin to complete the installation.

Enter the provided authentication code in the configuration setting field located on the same page as the package link in Activate ABM™. User menu > Integration > Sales Insights Setup
Offline Installation
In some cases, the installation may take more time than expected. In such situations Salesforce, does the installation offline and sends an email to the user post installation.
After you receive the email confirmation, follow the below steps to complete authentication.
- In Quick Search field, search for “Custom settings”.
- Click on Manage link beside “Settings”
Click on ‘New’ button and create 3 separate fields with following value as below:
- ClientId : <your AABM Client Id>
- ML Key Updation Time : 2018-11-01 07:45:30 (ensure the format is same as given)
- ML Shared Key - <your shared key>
These steps would require Salesforce Admin or developer expertise.
Edit Shared Key
If the Salesforce admin has entered wrong authentication code by mistake, he/she can update the shared key as below:
