What is it?

The Integrations landing page streamlines data relevant to Madison Logic’s clients during decision-making cycles. The page provides ML Platform users with a quick overview of current status and utilization, and provides recommendations for users to take actions that will result in deeper value from partnering with Madison Logic.

 

How does it work?

  • Quick Overview - The page shows the current authentication status and utilization for CRM, MAP and LinkedIn integrations.

  • Utilization - Shows the percentage of active campaigns over the last 90 days that make use of Integration objects for campaign targeting. All campaigns that are active within the past 90 days are taken into consideration.

  • ABM Signals - Identifies whether Madison Logic is sending ABM Signals (engagement data) to the client’s CRM or MAP

  • LinkedIn Utilization - Shows the status of Mapped Campaigns and Matched Audiences, as well as the utilization rate of each

  • Rolled up reporting - Shows an overall status and utilization across all integrations (for example, if a client is receiving ABM Signals from Marketo, but is not for Salesforce, it will be marked overall as Yes. Total utilization accounts for the campaigns for which any integration object is used for Targeting.

    • Example: If a client is running 5 total campaigns, 2 others are using Salesforce objects, 2 are using Hubspot, and 1 is not using any, the page will display the following:

      • Salesforce utilization 40% (2 of 5)

      • Hubspot utilization 40% (2 of 5)

      • Total utilization 80% (4 of 5)

Salesforce Status, Utilization, and Pipeline

The ML Platform shows you the status of your Salesforce integration, the percentage of your recent campaigns (active in the past 90 days) that are utilizing Salesforce objects for targeting, and whether you have an active pipeline sync.

 

MAP Status and Utilization

The ML Platform shows your the percentage of your recent campaigns (active in the past 90 days) that are utilizing MAP objects to build an audience. Using these objects to build audiences helps create dynamic campaigns targeting the right accounts. Go here to find more information on setting up and using these objects.

 

Send Integrations Kits

Users have the ability to request additional information about Madison Logic’s integrations capabilities. You can select an integration kit and identify up to 5 recipients. You will receive an email with the relevant materials.

 

FAQ

  1. I need help setting up or managing an integration, where do I go?

    1. The Customer Knowledge Center has separate pages for each supported integration. You can find more information here.

  2. What is the timeframe for calculating the utilization rate?

    1. The system looks at all campaigns that were active at any point over the previous 90 days

  3. Why can I not see a token countdown for some systems [Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot] like I can for others [LinkedIn, Eloqua]?

    • Salesforce, Pardot, and Hubspot do not allow us to access this information for authenticated accounts via their API. This is a CRM/MAP limitation for these platforms, and not something Madison Logic can access.

  4. How can I learn more about Madison Logic’s data security?

    1. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to receive Madison Logic’s security kits. We will deliver them electronically, as they are intentionally not published on our CKC.
