Requirements: 

  • SFDC login credentials

    • Must be an SFDC admin with Modify All Data permissions. More information on Salesforce’s user permissions can be found here.

  • ML Platform login credentials

Installation Guide

  1. Integrate ML Platform with Salesforce

  2. Click on Setup Measurement under the Salesforce Tile on the Integration page

  3. Click on the ABM Signals Setup tab

  4. Toggle the Setup. To facilitate the daily sync of account engagement data, Madison Logic will automatically create custom fields on the Account object

  5. Add Madison Logic’s Custom Fields to the Account Page Layout

    1. Classic

    2. Lightning

  6. To test that the synchronization is working as intended, enter an SFDC Account ID and click Send

  7. To activate the daily synchronization of data, toggle the Activate Tab

Madison Logic Custom Fields

Madison Logic will automatically create custom fields on the Account object. The following fields will be created:

  1. Last 15 Days Impressions (Integer)

  2. Last 30 Days Impressions (Integer)

  3. Last 90 Days Impressions (Integer)

  4. Last 15 Days Site Visits (Integer)

  5. Last 30 Days Site Visits (Integer)

  6. Last 90 Days Site Visits (Integer)

  7. Last 15 Days Site Leads (Integer)

  8. Last 30 Days Site Leads (Integer)

  9. Last 90 Days Site Leads (Integer)

  10. Last 15 Days LinkedIn Impressions (Integer)

  11. Last 30 Days LinkedIn Impressions (Integer)

  12. Last 90 Days LinkedIn Impressions (Integer)

  13. Last 15 Days LinkedIn Clicks (Integer)

  14. Last 30 Days LinkedIn Clicks  (Integer)

  15. Last 90 Days LinkedIn Clicks  (Integer)

  16. Last 15 Days LinkedIn Likes (Integer)

  17. Last 30 Days LinkedIn Likes  (Integer)
