Access & Setup

There are a couple of things needed in order to get access to Journey Acceleration.

  • Your Salesforce needs to be integrated: Integrate ML Platform with Salesforce

    • This process takes just a few minutes and will require your Salesforce credentials - see the link above for full integration details.

  • Once integrated, you’ll need to reach out to your ML contact to whitelist your account to view Journey Acceleration. Note: Journey Acceleration can be added at a user or client level.

Once added it will appear as a tab next to “campaigns” here:

Note: Data in Journey Acceleration updates daily around 9 am est. After integrating, it will take about 2 weeks for the new tab to appear. This will only be the case during the beta period. After the beta period is over, it will take 24 hours for the data from Salesforce to sync over and start populating in the dashboard. Data from SF is only available for the past year. This means that JA measurement is only available for campaigns that have run over the last 12 months.
