1. Marketo Client ID
2. Marketo Client Secret
3. Marketo Identity URL

If you haven't already, you can follow the guide here to create the credentials above. 

Installation Guide

1. Click on Integrations in the Setup tab

2. Click Connect on the Marketo tile

3. Enter your Marketo credentials (Client ID, Client Secret and & Identity URL)  
4. Click Validate
5. Once your credentials are correctly entered, a connection with Marketo will be established. You will be brought directly to the Marketo - Manage Integration page.

2. Select the Company Name and Email/Website fields from the dropdown that best fits each description in your Marketo and click Save
