Client Management Report

 

The Campaign Management Report provides a new upgraded excel document, tailored to enhance the client’s level of engagement and visibility into the campaign setup process. With the Campaign Management Report, clients will be able to:

  1. Track the progress and status of campaigns in set-up

  2. Identify outstanding deliverables to get your campaigns live

  3. Monitor the accuracy of campaign details

The report showcases 3 tabs: Summary, Campaigns In Setup & Live Campaigns. Included below is a breakdown of each tab and the data points included.

This tab in the excel document provides an holistic overview of the opportunity broken down by campaign status

Contracted Start Date

The minimum contracted date across all of the campaigns in the opportunity

Contracted End Date

The maximum contracted date across all of the campaigns in the opportunity

Contracted Amount

The total $ value of every line item in your contract (opportunity)

Contracted Leads

The total number of contracted leads in the opportunity

Contracted Impressions

The total number of contracted impressions in the opportunity

Total Campaigns

The number of line items (campaigns) in the opportunity

Total Lead Gen Campaigns

The number of Lead Gen (Content Syndication) campaigns in the opportunity

Total Display Campaigns

Number of Display campaigns in the opportunity

Total Campaigns in Set-up

Number of campaigns for which the set-up process was started

Total Campaigns Pending Target Account List

Number of campaigns missing the Target Account List

Total Campaigns Pending Form FIelds

Number of campaigns missing form fields

Campaign Name

The name of the campaign

Campaign ID

The id of the campaign

Campaign Type

The product type of the campaign

Status

  • New: The campaign was recently created and no set-up action has been taken yet

  • In Set-up: The onboarding manager has received at least one deliverable and has started the set-up process

  • Pending Approval: The campaign has everything it needs for it to go live and is pending client approval

  • Approved: The campaign was approved by the client and is ready to go Live

  • Live: The campaign is live. All live campaigns will be displayed in the Live Campaigns tab

Last Status Update

The date when any action triggered a change in status (i.e. The day that a campaign status switched from New to In Set-Up)

Region

The region where the campaign is running

Contracted Amount

The contracted $ amount for the campaign

Units

The amount of contracted units

Flight Start Date

The date the campaign started running

Flight End Date

The date the campaign will stop running

Target Account List Uploaded

Was the Target Account List (TAL) uploaded to the campaign?

  • Yes: The ML team received the Target Account List from the client and has uploaded it to our system

  • No: The Target Account List was not yet received by the client or the ML team has not yet had the chance to upload it to our system

  • N/A: The product does not require a Target Account List to go live

Form FIelds (FF) Uploaded

Were the Form Fields (FF) uploaded to the campaign?

  • Yes: The ML team received the Form Fields from the client and has uploaded it to our system

  • No: The Form Fields were not yet received by the client or the ML team has not yet had the chance to upload it to our system

  • N/A: The product does not require Form Fileds to go live

1st Asset Uploaded

Campaigns only need one asset to go live. Once at least one asset is received and approved, the client can instruct the ML counterpart to set the campaign live. Additional assets can be submitted after the campaign is live.This field tracks if at least one asset had been uploaded:

  • Yes: At least one Asset was received and uploaded

  • No: No Assets were received or uploaded

Live Campaigns

This tab displays all of the campaigns in the opportunity that are already running (Live). Please note, the data points in the Live Campaigns Tab are consistent with the data points in the Pending Campaigns tab above.
