Below are some of the common questions we've received thus far on the Pipeline dashboard:
In our Salesforce we move accounts from one stage to another and back - how does that translate to the number of days in stage that Pipeline reports on?
Pipeline counts the total number of days an account has been in a stage. For example, an opp stays stage 1 for 5 days, stage 2 for 4 days, and back to stage 1 for 4 days. Pipeline will report that the opp has been in stage 1 for 9 days. Also, the number of days in funnel will be 14 days for this opp.
I have a new program and Pipeline isn’t showing any data. When will the data appear?
For new programs, Pipeline will not show CRM data for the first 30 days. After 30 days the Pipeline tab will start pulling in CRM data alongside your program engagement data.
