HubSpot Installation Guide - ABM Signals

Prerequisites 

• HubSpot login credentials

  • User must have Edit access to Everything for Contact/Companies. For more information on Hubspot’s user permission guide, please visit their knowledge center here.

• ML Platform login credentials

Steps

1. Integrate the ML Platform with HubSpot

2. Click on Setup Measurement under the HubSpot tile on the Integration page

   1. 

3. Click the Setup toggle

   1. 

4. To test that the integration is working as intended, enter an HubSpot Company ID and click Send

   1. 

5. Navigate to the HubSpot Account used to test the integration. You should see the Madison Logic Custom Properties populated with test data

   1. 

6. Click the Activate toggle to start the daily synchronization of data

   1. 

Madison Logic Custom Property Group

Madison Logic will automatically create a custom property group on the Company object in HubSpot. The following properties will be created:

1. Custom Property Group Name: Madison Logic Account Engagement

2. Properties: 

   1. Last 15 Days Impressions (Integer)

   2. Last 30 Days Impressions (Integer)

   3. Last 90 Days Impressions (Integer)

   4. Last 15 Days Site Visits (Integer)

   5. Last 30 Days Site Visits (Integer)

   6. Last 90 Days Site Visits (Integer)

   7. Last 15 Days Site Leads (Integer)

   8. Last 30 Days Site Leads (Integer)

   9. Last 90 Days Site Leads (Integer)

   10. Trending Topics (String)

   11. Last 15 Days LinkedIn Impressions (Integer)

   12. Last 30 Days LinkedIn Impressions (Integer)

   13. Last 90 Days LinkedIn Impressions (Integer)

   14. Last 15 Days LinkedIn Clicks (Integer)
