Ad Blocker

If an ad blocker is installed creative previews won't display correctly. Whitelist the ML Platform for pages to render without a hitch.

How to whitelist:

Every ad blocker works a bit differently but most show in the top right hand corner of your web browser or can be found in your browsers settings under "extensions" or "plugins".

While on a tab with the ML Platform open, click on your extension to the right of the URL input/search bar or within the settings menu and click "Don't run on this page".

This whitelists mlplatform.madisonlogic.com and will refresh your tab allowing the platform to now display creative previews instead of blank spaces.
