Manage Assets (Live on 8/9)
Summary
The Assets workflow can be accessed through the Setup tab under the Client View section. The goal is to build an Asset repository within MLP where clients will be able to view old assets, upload new ones, and associate assets to line items.
Asset Library
Here you will be able to access and retrieve all assets used or created in the past 18 months.
To find a specific Asset, you may use filters or the search bar section
Each Asset shows how many campaigns they are associated to. To view the name of the campaigns click on the number and the following pop-up will appear

Upload Assets
You will be able to upload individual Display and Content Syndication Assets by clicking on the Upload button. This workflow is the same as the one in MLC.
Select the channel type (Display vs Lead Gen)
Select the Asset type
Upload the Asset file or enter the Asset tag
Input the Asset Name
Associate Assets
On the Line Item details page, users will be able to associate assets to line items
Open the Assets section and click on Associate Assets
Select which Assets you want to associate
You may refine your search by using the search bar
Click on Associate
Reminder to submit Campaign items - Automated Alerts (Live on 11/22/22)
Madison Logic will begin sending automated email notifications that will include details on any outstanding deliverables required to launch your Lead Generation and Display Advertising campaigns along with their upcoming contract start dates. These email notifications are configured by your Customer Success Manager according to the expectations discussed during the external kick-off call and will be sent as a courtesy every other business day until outstanding campaign items have been received or otherwise notified of their expected receive date.
If prompted to deliver outstanding Assets, the alerts will include a link to the Assets page in ML Platform where you will be able to upload individual Display and Content Syndication Assets by clicking on the Upload button. All other items should be provided to your Customer Success Manager in the manner best suited to your needs. This enhancement will help to ensure the successful launch of your campaigns.
