Data Methodology
Smart Reach leverages the data or "knowledge" that Madison Logic collects about each lead to create highly personalized outreach materials.
This knowledge includes:
Contact Profile: Key details about the lead, such as their name, title, seniority and job function.
Asset Consumed: Contextual understanding of content the lead has interacted with.
Company Knowledge Graph: Firmographic knowledge of the company, such as name and industry.
Intent Insights: Data on the topics and products the lead is researching, providing clues about their organizational needs and priorities.
Madison Logic feeds all of this knowledge into a generative AI model. The AI model processes this information and generates personalize messages.

Smart Reach provides a suite of outreach messages tailored to help sales teams engage leads effectively at different stages of the sales process. Here's a quick introduction to each:
Introductory Email
A personalized email designed to make a strong first impression. It introduces your company, highlights the lead's relevant pain points, and presents a compelling value proposition to spark interest and start the conversation.
Follow-Up Email
A follow-up message that builds on previous interactions or touches on specific engagement triggers. It reinforces the value of your offering while encouraging the lead to take the next step, such as scheduling a meeting or accessing more resources.
Introductory Call Guide
A structured script to help sales reps navigate their initial phone conversation with a lead. It includes key talking points, personalized insights, and suggested questions to establish rapport, uncover needs, and drive the conversation forward.
Voicemail Message
A concise and engaging voicemail script designed to grab the lead’s attention. It communicates the purpose of the call and encourages the lead to follow up or engage with your team.
User Workflow
The primary method clients will use to leverage SmartReach will be through lead delivery. The SmartReach personalized messages will be an appendage to the client's leads in their lead delivery file. Please contact your CXM to ensure SmartReach is added to your lead delivery file.
The second way to access the SmartReach personalized messages is through ML Platform. Follow these simple steps to leverage SmartReach in ML Platfrom:
NOTE: To access ML Platform, users must be set up with an ML Platform account.
Step 1: Navigate to the Sales Intelligence Page
Log in to the ML Platform.
From the side navigation menu, click on "Sales Intelligence" to open the feature.
Step 2: Enter the Lead’s Email Address
Locate the input field for Lead Email Address.
Type in or paste the email address of the lead you want to engage with.
Once entered, the system will automatically retrieve data for the lead.
Step 3: Select an Asset
A list of assets the lead has interacted with (e.g., whitepapers, webinars, case studies) will populate.
Click on the asset that best aligns with your intended outreach or the lead’s demonstrated interests.
Step 4: Choose the Communication Type
Select the type of communication you’d like to generate:
Email: For personalized email messages.
Call: For a structured call guide.
Step 5: Click the "Generate" Button
Once you’ve selected the asset and communication type, click on the "Generate" button.
The system will use the selected data to generate a personalized email message or call guide.
Step 6: Use the "Copy to Clipboard" Button
After the message or guide is generated, you’ll see the content displayed in the output section.
If you’re happy with the generated content, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button to copy it.
Paste the content into your email client or use it during your call.
Tips for Best Results:
Always double-check the generated content for accuracy and make slight tweaks to personalize further, if necessary.
