SFDC Installation Guide - Lead Delivery

Madison Logic can send leads directly to Salesforce via HTTP Post. Follow this document for instructions on how to set up a lead delivery integration with Salesforce.

Requirements

  • HTTP Post URL

  • OID

The above information can be generated using a Web-to-Lead form. See below for instructions on how to create a Web-to-Lead form in Salesforce.

How To Create a Web-to-Lead Form In Salesforce

Prerequisites

  • Salesforce Permission: Customize Application

Instructions

Please note, if testing the integration in Sandbox first, the Web2Lead form will need to be recreated in Production before launching your content syndication campaign in order to get the production URL and OID.

  1. Go to Setup and search for ‘Web-to-lead’

    1. Check ‘Web-to-Lead’ is enabled, click ‘Edit’ to enable.

  2. Hit ‘Create Web-to-Lead Form’

     

  3. Add your Form Fields

  4. Uncheck the Recaptcha and add any thank you page URL

  5. Hit ‘Generate’ and provide the OID and post URL (highlighted below) to your Madison Logic Team.

  6. Click ‘Finished’ to save.

  7. Your Madison Logic Team will complete the lead delivery integration for Salesforce using the details provided.
