Accessing Account Engagement Data in Marketo

Account engagement data from ABM Signals are sent nightly as a Custom Activity on the lead level. To access the account engagement data, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to a lead’s Activity Log. Please note, the lead must be a ‘test lead’ or from an account that’s in a live Madison Logic program

  2. Activity Types are categorized by the Delivery Type selected when setting up your integration. Filter your activities by “Madison Logic Measurements” if you selected “Last 24 Hours” as your delivery type or use “Madison Logic Rolling Measurements” for “Rolling Totals”.

  3. Click into a particular activity to view the account engagement data.
